PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content processing system capable of improving usability while protecting contents.

SOLUTION: The server device 3 recognizes a transmitting request of contents from a terminal device 4, and determines whether the family tag of the terminal device 4 is the same or not. Only when it is the same, the server device duplicates contents encrypted with the family tag in a content DB 32 followed by transmission on a permission condition for execution of the content. When an executable terminal device 4 to which contents were transmitted in the past is connected through a communication means 2 so as to be transmittable and receivable, the contents encrypted with the family tag in the content DB 32 are decoded and stream-outputted so as to be executable in the other terminal device 4.
