<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the security of a cash automatic transaction system by preventing a criminal from drawing a large amount of cash at a time even when the criminal has illegally acquired a cash card and a password. <P>SOLUTION: This automatic reception service machine(ACM) for performing identification is provided with an automatic teller machine(ATM) for paying/receiving cash, and the cash transaction by the ATM can be available only after identification is performed by the ACM when the transaction amount exceeds a specified maximum amount. Also, numbers are assigned to wide areas through the country, zones in the wide areas, branch stores in the zones and ATM in the branch stores, and the abbreviated numbers as ATM-ID are assigned to all the ATM, and a database set in a center is made to store the ID and maximum amount of the available ATM of each account.
