<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for easily reducing transaction time at an automatic teller machine once transaction data for use in transactions at automatic teller machines is inputted. <P>SOLUTION: This automatic transaction system includes a customer's cellphone and an automatic teller machine configured to be capable of direct communication with the cellular phone by infrared communications.
