<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting high frequency band pass filter with a small nonlinear effect with respect to input AC power. <P>SOLUTION: The superconducting high frequency band pass filter is constituted by coupling a plurality of microstrip resonators with each other, each comprising a microstrip-line line conductor 2 formed on a front side of a dielectric substrate 1 and a microstrip-line ground conductor 3 formed on a rear side of the dielectric substrate 1, wherein the line conductor 2 is constituted of a first superconducting thin film 11 and a second superconducting thin film or a non-superconducting metallic thin film 12 arranged in a way of being partly in contact with the superconducting thin film 11 and whose surface resistance is higher than that of the superconducting thin film 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
