PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner which has excellent uniformity of electrostatic charge and is excellent in filming resistance in continuous operation of an electrophotographic apparatus. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner contains a binder resin, a colorant and an external additive, wherein the external additive contains particulates (A) composed of a resin obtained by polymerizing a radical polymerizable monomer and particulates (B) composed of a compound having a triazine skeleton and a condensate of formaldehyde.
