PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology by which a television program having been viewed by a mobile viewing and listening apparatus or its optional part can be viewed again with an apparatus at its own home and the program searching of a part which causes any hindrance to viewing and listening by the mobile viewing listening apparatus is performed and the part can be viewed by the apparatus at its own home. SOLUTION: The mobile viewing listening apparatus includes: a means having a television function and a terminal function of mobile communication, transmitting a video recording start instruction to a prescribed destination when starting television viewing and listening, and transmitting data for designating a program during viewing and listening as a video recording object to the prescribed destination when starting viewing and listening and changing a viewing and listening program; a means for monitoring a state related to television viewing and listening; and a means for transmitting a data position resulting from the detection of a prescribed state to the prescribed destination as a searching position when the prescribed state is detected.
