PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make cooling and storage in a housing efficient by horizontally and independently discharging heat from respective electronic equipment units superposed in a multi-stage shelf by a centrifugal air blower. SOLUTION: The heat discharging device 100 has a blowing unit 2 above an electronic equipment unit 1 having a plurality of packages 11 arranged so that air can be blow upward, and the blowing unit 2 has a centrifugal air blower 21 which sucks the air from below and blows the air to a horizontally provided air discharge path 22.
