PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil device high in terminal bonding strength and excellent in heat radiation performance. SOLUTION: A core 1 includes a winding part 10, a base junction face 13, and a terminal junction face 14; and a coil 2 is wound around the winding part 10. The base 3 comprises synthetic resin, and includes a core junction 31 and a terminal coupling part 32. A terminal 4 consists of a metal plate, and includes a core junction 44 and a coil connection 451, and is coupled with the base 3 via a terminal coupling part 32 formed on the base 3. The core junction 31 formed on the base 3 and the core junction 44 formed at the terminal 4 are respectively face-contacted with and bonded to the base junction face 13 of the core 1 and the terminal junction face 14 of the core 1.
