PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select necessary information from information acquired from a user, and to output optimum information on the basis of the selected information. SOLUTION: The application usage assisting system has a definition type AI receiving input information from a user, carrying out a first AI process in regard to the input information by a precedently prepared thinking routine, and sending a processing result of the AI process to a database server and an application server, and a learning type AI which is a learning type AI having a learning function, carrying out an AI process in regard to the input information when the definition type AI can not decide handling of the input information, and sending a processing result of the AI process to the database server and the application server.
