PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a problem that ceramic liner can not be put of an exhaust gas blower for a building such as a converter plant since temperature of suction gas is higher than atmospheric air and corrosion due to halogen gas emitted from material is sever and a bolt, a nut and the like are sucked as the building gets old, and that the liner is a padding liner made of hardened welding rod creating martensite structure. SOLUTION: This blower device has a rotary cylinder structure body having a compound carbide extractable high chromium casting cylindrical liner provided around a metal cylinder along a circulating flow zone start end part of a delivery port of a blower casing rotatably attached.
