PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent accumulation of fly waste on a gap between a nip roller on which a porous belt is wound, and a suction part so much that the fly waste impairs spinning while not impairing durability of the porous belt. SOLUTION: In the apparatus for collecting fiber bundle 11 installed on the downstream side of a final discharging roller pair 13 of a drafting device, comprising a discharging section provided with a bottom nip roller 20a, a suction pipe 29 placed on the upstream side of the moving direction of the fiber bundle F pinching a nipping point of the discharging section. The suction pipe 29 has a guide face 29b provided with suction holes 29a, the porous belt 18 is wound on a guiding member 19, bottom nip roller 20a and the suction pipe 29 in a state sliding on the guide face 29a, 29b. A part of the suction pipe 29 has a curved face section 29c of a shape following the periphery of the bottom nip roller 20a, the bottom nip roller 20a has a≥0.04 mm of depth d and has a channel 33 extending to the direction crossing with the peripheral direction of the bottom nip roller 20a on the width part on which the porous belt 18 is wound.
