PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrasonic diagnostic equipment providing an intended ultrasonic image with less scanning and providing an image allowing an easy grasping of a positional relation and a direction to peripheral tissues. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic diagnostic equipment 1 generates the ultrasonic image based on echo data obtained by transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves relative to a subject. This ultrasonic diagnostic equipment 1 is provided with a cine-memory 26 retaining echo data by a plurality of frames, and an image processing part 27 generating image data based on the echo data retained in the cine-memory 26. The cine-memory 26 can store three-dimensional region echo data and the image processing part 27 generates an arbitrary tomographic image having an arbitrary position and gradient crossing the three-dimensional region stored in the cine-memory 26.
