<p>The invention provides a method of producing polypeptides from plant protein by using alternating high frequency high voltage electromagnetic field. The method comprises: making plant materials move in processing cavity, applying alternating high frequency high voltage electromagnetic field to two parallel stainless steel sheets, and obtaining the invented polypeptide solution and polypeptide powder. The invention also provides the pharmaceutical use of plant polypeptides produced by the above-mentioned method.</p> |
