<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power distribution panel for a power generator for preventing water and dust from entering the front face of a panel plate to infiltrate to the back side. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of electrical components including a switch 3 are attached to the panel plate 2 in a penetrated state. A water-proof/dust-proof box 10 covers the back side of the panel plate 2. A water-proof/dust-proof cover 11 covers the front face of the panel plate 2. The cover 11 closably attaches its peripheral face to a peripheral face of the panel plate 2 via a gasket 13.
