<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal plate for the T bar of system ceiling (hereinafter referred to as a metal plate for T bar) moldable into a T bar through solid casting at roll molding process, having no wasteful coating and is good in economic efficiency, its manufacturing method and material plate. <P>SOLUTION: The following are provided:(1) A metal plate for T bar, in which the one side surface of at least either its end or center, to be bent when the metal plate is molded into a T bar by solid casting at roll molding process, is coated for improving the workability of the metal plate.(2) A manufacturing method for the T-bar metal plate, where a paint for improving the workability of metal plate is applied in stripes on its surface with a grooved roll, and then the metal plate is cut off at the center of its coated part, (3) A material plate for the T-bar metal plate, of which the surface is painted in stripes with a grooved roll in order to improve its workability, etc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
