<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the rise in system voltage surely and stably and raise power generation efficiency and utilization factor, in a systematically-interconnected system. <P>SOLUTION: In a systematically-interconnected system which outputs power outputted from a power source to a power system, an impedance-measuring means 22 measures the impedance of the power system, and an output upper limit setting means 23 sets a control parameter related to the power to be outputted to the power system, based on the measured impedance, and controls the power to be outputted to the power system, in accordance with this control parameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
