摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a highly accurate shaped article by exactly correcting deviation in the irradiation position of an optical beam and deviation in machining caused by a machining means. <P>SOLUTION: A production apparatus is provided with: an optical beam irradiating means 2 for irradiating a powder layer formed on a molding table 13 with an optical beam and sintering the powder at the irradiation position; a powder layer forming means for feeding the powder layer; and a machining means 3 for subjecting the surface of a shaped article being the layered matter of the sintered layers to machining during the repetition of forming the sintered layers. The production apparatus is further provided with: a first measuring means 4 for measuring the position of a standard mark(s) M installed in the molding table or in the position surrounding the molding table through a scan optical system in the optical beam irradiating means; a second measuring means 5 attached to the machining means and measuring the position of the standard mark(s); and a controlling means 7 for calculating the quantity of the irradiation position of the optical beam to be corrected and the quantity of the machining position by the machining means to be corrected from the positional information on the standard mark(s) obtained from both the measuring means before the start of the molding and during the molding and correcting the irradiation position of the optical beam and the machining position of the machining means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p>
