<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing man-hours and the number of components of a touch panel with organic EL diodes, and make apparatuses to be downsized and slimlined. <P>SOLUTION: Light emission diodes and photodiodes are arranged on the same board around a display part of a touch panel, and the light emission diode has a microcavity-type structure. Thereby, the light emission diode can strongly emit high directional light, and the sensitivity of the photodiode can be improved.
