REMOTE MAINTENANCE SERVICE PROVISION METHOD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means allowing a maintenance worker to confirm a service usable in maintenance work for each computer by himself or herself when computers are maintained from a remote location.

SOLUTION: This remote maintenance service provision method implemented by a remote operation via a network access control device for controlling data communication among computers connected to a network is used for maintaining or managing the computers by a service capable of communicating in a mode representing an operation policy set in the network access control device by a service recipient in accordance with the mode.
