<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an automatic test and an attachment device provide its terminal and integrated circuit component by performing minimum contact with a bottom face and by supporting the integrated circuit component without contacting the terminal, and by performing the centering of the integrated circuit component within a pocket simultaneously with it. <P>SOLUTION: The integrated circuit component tray is used to form component contacting parts (69. 2) by having guide-in sections (69. 3), component seating sections (69. 4) and lower level sections (69. 5) by turning to the top face (22) of a base (20) in a continuous shape, when the component (12) is engaged with the above seating sections (69. 4), the whole contact of its engaging component (12) is performed in the circumferential corner of the bottom side in the component (12), and a section other than the circumferential corner of the bottom face in the component (12) is composed such that it may not be brought into contact with the tray. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
