<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyboard cover of a keyboard instrument which is easy to open or close and can be stashed compactly while reducing the manufacturing costs. <P>SOLUTION: This is a keyboard cover unit 10 to cover the keyboard 8 of a piano 2. It has a sheet container 12 provided at the back or in front of the keyboard 8 of the piano 2, a take-up roller 14 formed inside the container 12, a holder 16 formed at the opposite side of the container 12, i.e. at the back or in front of the piano 2, a sheet 11 wound around the roller 14 and stored in the container 12 as it remains wound around the roller 14 when stashed or pulled out to cover the keyboard 8, and a hook 11a provided on the sheet 11 to catch the pulled out sheet 11 on the holder 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
