PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a nickel metal thin film with the screen print method using a solution containing nickel compound. SOLUTION: In the nickel compound provided by reacting a reducing compound with organic acid nickel salt, the solution containing nickel compound in which the nickel compound is stably dissolved into terpineol is provided by forming a reducing compound into a specific structure. This solution or the solution further containing cellulose based resin or the like has viscosity suitable for the screen printing method. These solutions containing nickel compound are applied on a substrate with the screen printing method and baked to provide a nickel metal thin film. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
