PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniquely shaped three-dimensional packaging case for differentiating the same from other packaging cases. SOLUTION: A sheet in a predetermined shape is folded along a folding line 10 to be formed in a box shape having a front face wall 4, a back face wall 5 and a pair of right and left side face walls 6.
