PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel structure which reduces vibration energy of a floor panel transmitted from a flame member of a vehicle body and reduces acoustic radiation from the floor panel. SOLUTION: The floor panel structure constituting a vehicle floor comprises the floor panels 2, 4, 6 connected with a plurality of the frame members 20, 22, 27, 28, 29, 30, 36, 37 arranged in the longitudinal and width directions of the vehicle body. The frame members or panel areas S2, S10, S13, S14 surrounded by the frame members 22, 27, 28, 29, 36, 37 and vibration control parts 52, 54, 56, 58 for controlling a vibration area are formed in the floor panels. A high-rigidity part 60 is formed in the panel areas in the floor panels and a low-rigidity part 62 around the high-rigidity part is formed, and accessories 66 are mounted in the high-rigidity part.
