PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower structure of a vehicle body capable of suppressing any deviation in the assembly position and the posture of a propeller shaft. SOLUTION: An underfloor frame 7 on which both a rear engine mounting member 5 to support a rear part 4a of an engine assembly 4 arranged in a floor tunnel 2 recessed under a vehicle body 1 and a center bearing bracket 6 to pivotably support a propeller shaft 3 extending backwardly within the floor tunnel 2 from the engine assembly 4 are mounted is mounted under the floor of the vehicle body 1.
