The frame has several spaced stays (1,2) holding lamellar slats (6) which are preferably fixed detachably in the interspaces (Z) formed by the stays by means of detent holders fixed on the stays. The lamellar slats can be rigid or flexible and can be made from glass, plastics, metal, wood or combinations of same. The detent holder can be a horizontal rail and the slat a horizontal slat.
