High temperature plasma process for degradation of toxic chemical waste, discharges safe products from reactor using intersecting turbo-compressor rotors with drive shafts fitted with labyrinth seals

A turbo-compressor rotor system discharges degradation products from a high temperature, steam injected, combustion chamber for plasma degradation of toxic chemical waste, using drive shafts with labyrinth seals. Independent claims are also included for the following: (i) an apparatus for the plasma degradation of toxic chemical waste; and (ii) a turbo compressor-type discharge system employing hollow cast rotors having intersecting, perpendicular flanked teeth.
