The motor has a free flight dual piston and a drive block (4) for hydrodynamically transferring basis energy to a turbine (2) with an external teeth. An axle is directly connected with the motor and mutually contains an air bag (3). The axle has an external fine thread which is again screwed on the drive block of the turbine. Pressure is assessed according to a diameter of the drive block and the turbine.
