<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow customer data to be respectively acquired by data reading parts corresponding to types of media without restricting use of media such as a card to allow sufficient response to customers. <P>SOLUTION: This terminal for customer reception installed in an operation branch for making a customer input a visit purpose by keys on a visit purpose screen displayed on an operation display part 6 to issue a reception number slip is so structured as to comprise an IC card reader part 8, a card reader part 9 and a passbook reader part 10; a screen to be displayed next is changed in response to the visit purpose inputted on the operation display part 6 by the customer; and, when the visit purpose needing special guidance other than handling at a counter is input, the number slip is issued by printing, on it by a printer part 4, a message to the effect that the visit purpose should be told to a person waiting on a customer outside counters. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
