<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical production method capable of simply and efficiently mass-producing solid glucose by using only glucose, capable of smoothly and efficiently filling under pressure the glucose in plural dents for filling and sending under a filling roller 3, and capable of filling continuously and successively, producing much solid glucose in a short time, and simply and surely finishing the surface of the pressured solid glucose cakes. <P>SOLUTION: The solid glucose is produced by charging powdery glucose mixed with water into a hopper 1, sending always the glucose under the filling roller 3 by using a feeding rotary blade 2, filling the glucose in plural filling dents 11 of a mold 10 under pressure, always returning with a returning rotary blade 4 the glucose to the feeding rotary blade 2 side, wherein the plural molds 10 continuously passing through a filling part are leveled their surfaces with a leveling spatula 5, the surfaces of the pressured glucose cakes are finished, the glucose cakes are taken out from the molds 10 and dried with a drying means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
