METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LAMINATED SHEET, LAMINATED SHEET AND MOLDED OBJECT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet, formed of a polyolefinic resin sheet blended with an inorganic filler and a biaxially oriented polypropylene film, which shows successful adhesion and appearance and besides, is free from distortion and color irregularities.

SOLUTION: (a) An inorganic filler-blended polyolefin resin containing 30 to 95 mass% polyolefin resin and 70 to 5 mass% inorganic filler, is melt-kneaded inside an extruder 1, then the mixture is extruded from a die 1B fitted to an outlet of the extruder 1 and this extruded inorganic filler-blended molten resin is rolled into a sheet using a calender roll. (b)This sheet is slow-cooled with the help of a take-off roll. (c) The biaxially oriented polypropylene film 14 is contact-bonded to at least one surface of the slow-cooled sheet without preheating to obtain the laminated sheet 15. (d) The laminated sheet is cooled. (e) The cooled laminated sheet is taken up in the form of a roll. The method for manufacturing the laminated sheet comprises the above processes. Also the laminated sheet and the molded object are provided.
