摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively warm a secondary battery as an auxiliary power supply of an electric vehicle in a short time without a provision of a dedicated warming heater. SOLUTION: Even if the quantity of power required by the electric vehicle 21 is generated by a generator 7 only and the secondary battery 10 does not need to be used, the secondary battery 10 is actively used in a warming control. If there is not a margin for a usage SOC (state of charge) of the secondary battery 10, the generator 7 supplies the secondary battery 10 with power, and actively charges. If there is a margin for the usage SOC (state of charge) of the secondary battery 10, the secondary battery 10 supplies the generator 7 with power, and actively discharges. The generator 7 becomes a load and consumes power. The secondary battery 10 utilizes an internal resistor, heats itself, and efficiently warms the inside of the secondary battery 10 in a short time.
