PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of a hot standby system utilizing a vertically polarized wave and a horizontally polarized wave from an antenna whereby mutual interference in a wireless space can be reduced and better transmission quality can be obtained. SOLUTION: An output of a receiver 12 at a protection signal side is given to an interference detection demodulator 115, wherein the output is demodulated and thereafter part of the demodulated signal is given to a signal comparator 117 and the rest is given to a transversal filter circuit 119. On the other hand, an output of a master signal side demodulator 13 is given to a comparator 117, compared with an output of the demodulator 115 to detect a correlation coefficient. A transversal filter circuit 119 controls the amplitude and the delay time of the signal given to a signal composite circuit 107 so as to decrease the correlation coefficient and outputs the signal to the signal composite circuit 107. The signal composite circuit 107 composes an output of the transversal filter circuit 119 with an output of the demodulator 13 at the master signal side to eliminate the signal component of the protection side and to output a resulting signal.
