PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display drive method and circuit which can reduce the power consumption while improving the image quality. SOLUTION: Continuous N frames are made a group and the liquid crystal display panel is driven by reversing the line in continuous arbitrary m frames within a group. In the remaining (N-m) frames, the liquid crystal display panel is driven by reversing the frame. The value of m is set to an even number.
