PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a locking device screwing-in region or a driving region without impairing regularity and uniformity or design property of an opened hole and omit treatment of a locking device exposed part by putty. SOLUTION: The opened hole is formed by many recessed parts 13 or through holes 12 and the recessed parts 13, and a bottom face 16 in the recessed part forms a face allowing a locking device 70 to be screwed in or driven. Color of the bottom face in the recessed part is set to lightness lower than color of a board surface 18 relatively.
