PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent pressurized injection water from jetting out along the outer circumferential surfaces of the casing. SOLUTION: In a well used in water recharge work to inject pressurized water into ground, a casing 2 built within a hole 1 provided in the ground G consists of at least one cut-off section 2a for stopping water and at least one permeation section 2b for permeating water. The outer circumferential surface of the cut-off section 2a has flange components 3 each radially protruding into the casing, to form a water stop layer 4 between the inner wall surface of hole 1 and the outer circumferential surface of cut-off section 2a, and a water permeation layer 5 between the inner wall surface of hole 1 and the outer circumferential surface of permeation section 2b. This can block the passes of pressurized injection water to the water permeation layer 5 or above, and prevent the injection water from jetting out to ground surface along the outer circumferential surfaces of the casing 2.
