PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chain conveyor capable of preventing remaining of articles to be delivered. SOLUTION: This chain conveyor 1 comprises a chain 3 circulating in a casing 2, a plurality of attachments 5 mounted to the chain 3 to deliver and scratch articles 30, 31 to be delivered along a bottom face 4 of the casing 2, and a cleaner 6 mounted to some of the attachments 5 and recovering the remaining articles 30, 31 to be delivered. The cleaner 6 comprises a cleaner body forcing the articles 30, 31 inward in the width direction of the casing, and an energization means 17 energizing the cleaner body toward side walls 8 of the casing 2.
