Described herein is a new document carrier for holding a plurality of papers, documents, and other files, which is further equipped with retractable handles, in order to facilitate the convenient transport of the contained paperwork from one location to another, wherein in the extended position the user can grasp the handles and easily carry the carrier, and in the retracted position the handles remain out of the way for convenient storage.
