A sequin feeder, wherein a sequin connection body (3) formed by connecting a large number of sequins (S) to each other is delivered from a reel and placed on the upper surface of a pivotally supporting plate (8). The sequin feeder (6) feeds the sequins at a specified pitch corresponding to the size of one sequin (S) by the advancing and retreating operations of a feed lever (18) interlocking with the sewing operation of the needle bar of a sewing machine. The feed lever (18) comprises two engagement parts (18a) for feeding the sequin connection body by engaging with the sequins (S), and can securely feed the sequins at the specified pitch irrespective of the position of a sewn-up hole since the sequins (S) are engaged by the two engagement parts (18a) at at least two positions. As a result, the feeder can securely feed the sequins at a specified pitch even if the sewn-up hole is formed eccentrically in a direction perpendicular to the feeding direction of the sequin connection body.
