<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out shutdown treatment of a fuel cell quickly and efficiently, and enable to carry out reduction of consumption energy easily. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell system 20 is provided with a control device 70, and when an anode electrode 28b side is determined not to be scavenged by air, this control device 70 forcibly ventilates purge hydrogen in a diluting device 56 to communicate to a hydrogen exit 34b and an air exit 36b of the fuel cell stack 22, by a ventilation device 66. On the other hand, when the anode electrode 28b side is determined to be scavenged by the air, the control device 70 stops drive of the ventilation device 66, supplies the air to the upstream of the hydrogen entrance 34a and ventilates the anode electrode 28b side by the air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
