<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for depositing a nickel metal thin film with a nickel compound-containing solution by a screen printing method. <P>SOLUTION: In a nickel compound obtained by bringing a reducing compound into reaction with the nickel salt of organic acid, the reducing compound is allowed to have a specified structure, thus a nickel compound-containing solution in which the nickel compound is stably dissolved in terpinenol is obtained. The solution or the one comprising a cellulosic resin or the like as well has a viscosity suitable for a screen printing method. These nickel compound-containing solutions are applied to the surface of a substrate by a screen printing method, and calcinating is performed, so as to obtain a nickel metal thin film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
