<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-saving operation method and its system, by which the operating method for minimizing electric power consumption in the entire thermal power station can be determined and energy-saving as a whole, in the thermal power station can be realized. <P>SOLUTION: A company, which undertakes energy-saving operation for the thermal power station from the owner of the thermal power station, collects the present operating states of the thermal power station for summing up the present operation data. Inverter devices for variable-speed operations are used for fans and pumps or the like which drive each facility constituting the thermal power station. An operating pattern, which minimizes the total electric power consumption of the fans and pumps or the like, is determined. Actual operating states, based on the determined operation pattern, are collected to sum up actual operation data. Billing processing to the owner of the thermal power station is executed, corresponding to the electric power consumption saved, based on the difference between the present operation data and the actual operation data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
