<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas generating agent composition having a low combustion temperature and a high rate of burning. <P>SOLUTION: The gas generating agent composition comprises a fuel and an oxidizing agent, and, if needed, a binder and an additive agent. The fuel contains one kind or two or more kinds selected from among glycine or its derivatives.
