<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminated piezoelectric device that can prevent the generation of cracking in a piezoelectric material layer even during operation. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated piezoelectric device is provided with a pair of external electrodes 7 wherein internal electrodes 3 are alternately joined on the surface of the main body 5 of the device that is formed by stacking alternately a piezoelectric material layer 1 and the internal electrode 3, and a clearance 9 is made in a part of the boundary between the piezoelectric material layer 1 and the internal electrode 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
