<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the lighting to pickup a correct image of a semi-spherical electrode even when color of package of an electronic component as the imaging object changes. <P>SOLUTION: A main lighting apparatus 25 provided can radiate the light from the side of a camera to a component 9 to be mounted with a plurality of LEDs 34, 36 allocated to surround the optical axis C of the camera 23. A side lighting apparatus 26 provided includes an LED 44 for radiating the light to the component 9 to be mounted from a side.
