<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency induction-heat treatment method and its apparatus, with which a carrying means of a work can be a simple constitution, and the easy assembly of a production line due to low-thermal influence to the surrounding atmosphere as the merit of the high frequency induction-hardening, the stability of quality and the reduction of energy cost can be obtained as the respective effects. <P>SOLUTION: The plurality of works W having a fixed shape as machining parts, are shifted in a non-magnetic guide tube 6 under line-up state by pushing in order from the one end into the guide tube 6. Each work W shifted in this guide tube 6 is continuously hardened by high frequency induction-heating with a heating coil 7 in the exterior of the guide tube 6.
