<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanging device comprising a plate type heat exchanger capable of being applied even to a sea water cooling water system. <P>SOLUTION: This heat exchanging device comprises a plurality of first and second fluid chambers alternately formed among a plurality of conductive heat transfer plates stacked in a state of being electrically conducted with each other, flow channels communicated with the plurality of first fluid chambers for supplying and discharging the first liquid, and flow channels communicated with the plurality of second fluid chambers for supplying and discharging the second liquid. The plurality of first and second fluid chambers are divided into a plurality of sections respectively including the first and second fluid chambers, the heat transfer plates are insulated from each other among the sections by insulating members, and direct electric current can be distributed between at least the heat transfer plate of one section and the heat transfer plate of the other section through the first fluid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
