PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated polyester film suitable for such uses that existence of foreign matter caused by an oligomer on a surface of the film is extremely disliked, namely, suitably used for a base film for composing a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer-protecting release film which is used in producing a liquid crystal component part, including a liquid crystal polarizing plate and a phase-shifting plate, and a base film for optical use of every kind which is used in producing a display component, including an LCD, a PDP, and an organic EL. SOLUTION: This laminated polyester film has a coated layer which contains an organic compound (A) containing a titanium element or a zirconium element and a binder polymer (B) on one of surfaces of the polyester film at least uniaxially stretched.
