PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning apparatus for a resin-made sheet or a resin-made packing material, which effectively prevents the crushed resin-made sheet or resin-made packing material from twining around a rotary shaft. SOLUTION: This cleaning apparatus is formed by being equipped with a charging opening 11 through which the contaminated resin-made sheet or resin-made packing material is charged, a hopper 23 having inclined plates 23b and 23d on which charged articles slide, a treating vessel 31 which has an opening communicating with the hopper 23 in the one end and cleans the charged article inside, the rotary shaft 72 which is arranged in the treating vessel 31 and rotatingly operated by a driving device 21, a plurality of rotary vanes 81 to 84 which keep the base ends fixed to the rotary shaft 72 and the tip ends are positioned on the inner circumferential surface side of the treating vessel 31 and have a length in a direction the same as that in the longitudinal direction of the treating vessel 31, a jetting opening of a cleaning liquid in the treating vessel 31, a discharge opening formed in the treating vessel 31 and for discharging the cleaning liquid together with foreign matters, and a discharge passage 69 which is formed on the other end side of the treating vessel 31 and through which cleaned charged articles are discharged.
