摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the sensitivity of a sensor platform and a method for parallel detection of a plurality of analytes, using luminescence by evanescent excitation. SOLUTION: This method comprises both a sensor platform based on at least two planar, independent, and inorganic dielectric waveguide regions on a common substrate and a means for exciting in parallel and dissipatively, and detecting luminescence of the same or different analytes. The invention uses a modified sensor platform, including a sensor platform having planar, independent, and inorganic dielectric waveguide regions and one or more organic phases fixed to the regions. The method uses the sensor platform or the modified sensor platform in the luminescence detection method for quantitative affinity sensing and selective determination of light-emitting components in an optically opaque solution.
